In Kuruvi with Vijay, Vivek will be the comedy actor, which is going to be directed by Dharani. The buzz is that Kuvuri's greatest thing is that Vivek and Vijay going to make comedy scenes with Trisha with a fantastic timings. This will make Kuruvi one more hit against the other films.

As we know all that to get the film hit the comedy is one of the important part which is there in the Vijays Movies like Pokkiri, which was a hit with the comedy actor Vadivwl. So Dharani chooses the Vivek again after the successful of Dhool where Vivek and Dharani did the last film.

Kuruvi starts to fly from Malaysia

Kuruvi starts its shooting from Malaysia, with its starrer Vijay and beautiful Trisha. The same team which shooted Ghilli, Dhil, Dhool etc., and directed by Dharani is shooting Kuruvi too. Kuruvi is being produced by Udayanidhi, the son of M.K.Stalin.

Music director Vidayasagar is going to give new songs which will make Kuruvi a successful as he gave for Ghilli - 'Appadi Podu', this song was the mind blasting song which every one in the country knows about it. Dharani has denied rumors that Kuruvi would be a sequel to Gilli. The film will hit the screens on 14 April, 2008.
